What documents do I need to import into India?
Usually a commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, IEC, GST and AD code registration, plus any licence or BIS certificate your product needs. See our document checklists for the full list.
How long does customs clearance take?
With complete documents and no examination, clearance usually takes 1–2 working days after arrival.
Do you handle both FCL and LCL?
Yes. We handle full container (FCL) and shared container (LCL) shipments, as well as air freight.
What is MOOWR and who can use it?
MOOWR lets a manufacturing unit import inputs and capital goods into a licensed bonded premises and defer import duty until goods are cleared into India; no import duty is paid on inputs used in exported goods. Manufacturers and exporters benefit most.
Do you work only at Gujarat ports?
No. We are based in Surat but handle clearance and freight at seaports, ICDs and air cargo complexes across India.
