Duty is calculated on the assessable (CIF) value at the rates for your HS code: Basic Customs Duty, Social Welfare Surcharge and IGST, plus any anti-dumping or safeguard duty. We share an estimate before arrival.

No. With a signed authorisation, we handle clearance on your behalf and share every document digitally.

Yes. We handle clearance at seaports, ICDs, CFSs and air cargo complexes across India.

As a rough rule, LCL suits loads under about 13–15 CBM. Above that, a 20ft FCL is often cheaper and faster. We compare both for your cargo.

Free days are the period you can use the container or keep it at the port without charge. After that, demurrage (port) and detention (container) charges apply. We plan pickup to stay within free time.

We ship to and from all major trade lanes including China, South-East Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

Airlines charge the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 6000). We calculate it before quoting.

Courier suits small parcels, usually under 50–70 kg. For larger shipments, air cargo is normally cheaper per kg.

Yes. We arrange empty pickup for stuffing and return to the yard.

Yes, short-term storage can be arranged near the port or in your city.

It depends on your product and inputs. Common ones are RoDTEP, duty drawback, Advance Authorisation and EPCG. We prepare a list for your business.

EPCG lets you import capital goods at zero duty if you export a set multiple of the duty saved within the allowed period. We track it for you.

Many electronics, steel, chemical, toy and consumer products need BIS certification or fall under a Quality Control Order. Share your product list and we will check.

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) under CPCB applies to producers, importers and brand owners of plastic packaging, electrical and electronic equipment and batteries. Importers usually need EPR registration before import and must file annual returns. We handle registration and compliance.

Yes. We arrange trailers, permits and cranes for delivery to your site.

We can arrange cranes and hydraulic trailers along with the transport.

Security requirements are decided under the bond and the applicable CBIC instructions for your case. We assess this during the feasibility review and prepare the bond accordingly.

Yes. Goods can be cleared for home consumption on payment of the import duty on the warehoused inputs used, along with GST on the supply.

For goods admitted to a Section 65 unit, warehousing generally continues until the goods are cleared. We confirm the current position for your goods at the time of application.

Yes, goods can be sent for job work as permitted under the regulations, with records maintained for the movement.

Digital records of receipt, use, removal and job-work movement of goods, submitted to the bond officer in the prescribed monthly format.

It depends on the jurisdictional Commissionerate and premises inspection. With complete documents, we move the application quickly and follow up at every stage.

MOOWR is meant for manufacturing and other operations. Pure trading generally does not qualify; we check your activity during the review.

Closure (de-bonding) requires clearing or exporting remaining goods with applicable duty and closing the bond. We manage the full de-bonding process.

Unused goods can be re-exported or cleared on payment of the difference between the full and concessional duty with interest, as provided in the rules. We plan this so no penalty arises.

Yes, goods may be sent to a job worker under the rules, with proper intimation and records.

A continuity bond is executed with customs; security, if any, depends on the case. We guide you during registration.

Returns on receipt and use of goods are filed periodically (monthly) online. We prepare and file them for you.

Capital goods imported under IGCR can be cleared after use on payment of duty on the depreciated value as provided in the rules.

IGCR is about claiming a concessional duty notification for a specified end use. MOOWR is about deferring duty by operating in a bonded premises. Some businesses use both.
